Refund Return & Unwanted Goods
Unwanted items can’t be returned after 30 days of receipt of goods.
If you return an unwanted item, it must not be damaged or marked. You need our courier to send your parcel back to us. We recommend using a recorded mail service to send any parcels. Unwanted items returned to us are done so at your own expense.
Returning Faulty Or Damaged Item
Damaged items can’t be returned after 30 days of receipt of goods.
We must be notified of any items that arrive damaged within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Choose one of the methods below. Contact us – We have several ways of getting in touch. Details can be found here on the Contact Us Page or by email at [email protected]. If the item is repairable, we will repair it; if not, we aim to replace the item within two working days unless we have notified you. You may be required to supply photographs of any damaged items. You can upload these to the site as part of the returns process: [email protected]. You must specify which platform the goods were purchased on so we can trace your order and process the refund or exchange.
Please Note: Sarason Ltd – The company or person(s) does not accept any liability for poor installation, misuse or irregular environment of our product(s). All works must be carried out by a qualified electrician or a professional company with relevant regulations governed by English laws of the United Kingdom.
Your guarantee will be void if problems arise due to incorrect sealing, no silicon added to the bead glass of the inner TV before installation as per our installation video on our website, the TV unit not being fully clipped into the wall bracket, or the failure to observe Sarason’s operating instructions.
