Refund Return & Unwanted Goods
Unwanted items can’t be returned after 30 days of receipt of goods.
If you are returning an unwanted item it must not be damaged or marked. You will be required to arrange a courier to send your parcel back to us. We recommend using a recorded mail service for sending any parcels. Unwanted items returned to us our done so at your own expense

Returning Faulty Or Damaged Item
Damaged items can’t be returned after 30 days of receipt of goods.
We must be notified of any items that arrive damaged within 48hrs of receipt of goods. You may be required to supply photographs of any damaged items you can upload these to the site as part of the returns process sales@sarasontv.co.uk You must specify which platform the goods were purchased on in order for us to trace back your order and process the refund or exchange.

Please Note: Sarason Ltd – The company or person(s) does not accept any liability for poor installation, misuse or irregular environment of any of our product(s). All works must be carried out by a qualified electrician or a professional company with relevant regulations governed by English laws of the United Kingdom. 

Your guarantee will be void if problems arise to due incorrect sealing and the TV unit not fully clipped into the wall bracket, or the failure to observe Sarason’s operating instructions.
